Purchases from this website may only be made by persons of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages. By placing an order for delivery, you acknowledge that you are over 18.

Couriers have been instructed to ask for a valid proof of age should they feel that the person accepting the delivery appears to be less than 24 years of age. Couriers will not complete the delivery of your order should you fail to produce satisfactory proof of age. Valid forms of ID are passport, proof of age card or photo driving licence. If no ID is available,  a redelivery charge may apply.


All products are subject to availability. If there are any problems with fulfilling your order, we will contact you within 2 working days.

All prices shown exclude delivery. Delivery is charged at £8.50 per case to UK Mail Zone A addresses. Zones B, C and D delivery rates will be higher. Delivery cost will be calculated automatically and added to your order once you have entered your required shipping postcode.

We will try wherever possible to amalgamate items within an order to reduce delivery costs, although in some cases this may not be possible.

Orders are normally dispatched by UK Mail within 3 working days of receipt. Orders will normally be delivered between 8.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday.

If nobody is available to receive the order, the courier will leave a card, and the purchaser is then responsible for arranging redelivery or collection direct with the courier. If all attempts by the courier to deliver the goods have failed, Whin Hill Norfolk Cider will not be liable for any additional delivery costs.

The purchaser may elect to have the goods delivered to an address other than his or her home address (for example if it is a gift) although the same terms apply and the recipient must be able to prove that they are over 18.

We strive to get the best quality products to your door by using specialist couriers and packaging. However, on occasion, breakages may occur or goods may be incorrectly dispatched or faulty.

If you are not happy with your order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the situation. We will be happy to collect any damaged or faulty goods and offer to either refund the value of the faulty goods or to replace them.

Any breakages, shortfalls or missing orders must be reported on delivery. Please report any discrepancies to the delivery driver and contact us.

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of goods. You may return any non-food items or unopened cases of bottles for a full refund of the value of the goods. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the items are faulty or have been incorrectly dispatched.

If you would like to return any items, please contact us and we will arrange for collection by our courier – the cost of which will be deducted from the value of the refund. We will refund the balance to your credit/ debit card within 5 working days.

Unfortunately you are not able to return opened cases of bottles unless they are faulty or have been incorrectly dispatched.
